Today I have created a Sphere Icon for your web projects. Here you can download the PSD file and can edit the color as your needs. And my web designer folks for you guys I am here writing the step by step tutorial then you can learn how to create this sphere icon using Photoshop effects. It is very simple.

Create a new document with white background. Create new layer.  Make a circle selection and fill that circle with color #08160f.



Then go to Filter/Render/Lightning effects/Flashlight. Now we need to make a glow inside the sphere. So go to Image/Adjustments/Brightness and contrast make glow inside our sphere.

Now draw an ellipse and fill that with white color. Then add Layer Mask. And fill it with black and white gradient in Linear Gradient mode.


Now using ellipse tool draw a circle and cut it with elliptical selection. Then add Layer Mask. Fill your line with Radial gradient tool. Now make few copies of that line. Go to Edit/Transform/Rotate and rotate those lines to form that sphere.


Now its time to add some light. Draw a small ellipse and fill that with white color. Now add Layer Style/Outer Glow. Make few copies of that light and place it as you want. That’s it. Your Sphere Icon is done.
